CAST IRON COOKING CLASS

Held in conjunction with the Northern Rockies Civil War Association, Tia will be back and doing it again! This has continued to be a hit every year.
Come and learn a variety of skills for cooking with cast iron. And come prepared to enjoy an evening of fun and cooking together. Tia will supply all the food, and the ingredients, but the class gets to cook it. Then you will get to hang out with all the living historians and have dinner and dessert, while sitting around the campfire.
The cost for this will be $15/person. We will start as close to 5:30 as possible, as it will take approximately 1 hour for most of dinner to cook, and we don't want to be eating too late. Especially since we will have dessert as well.
The menu will be posted on the Facebook event site prior to the event. But if you have food allergies/concerns, please let us know ahead of time.
**Registration is required** Space is limited to 10 people. So please be sure to call the museum and register for your spot. We would prefer for payment to be made prior to the event as it makes it easier for Tia that night.
To register call the museum at: 1 (406) 348-253
